Description of the Activity:

The Releasor engages in the activity of participating in recreational hiking organized by the Releaser at various outdoor locations. This includes walking, climbing, and other physical activities associated with hiking.

Release and Waiver:

The Releasor hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Releaser from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action that may arise from participation in the activity, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
