Project Description:

The project involves a recording performance related to the “Sunrise Concert Series” scheduled for the summer of 2024. The performer agrees to provide the agreed services within the scope of this project.

Terms & Compensation:

The performance will occur on __________________, and the performer will be compensated a total fee of $5,000 payable in installments: 50% upon signing and 50% upon completion of the performance. Payment shall be made via check or electronic transfer.

Rights & Usage:

The performer grants the producer the rights to record, broadcast, and distribute the performance worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional and commercial purposes related to the project.
