Music Collaboration Agreement Sample

Scope of the Project:

The parties agree to collaborate on the creation, recording, and distribution of musical works as described in this agreement. The collaborator shall contribute to the songwriting, performance, and recording process as specified herein.

Compensation and Royalties:

The artist shall receive a royalty percentage of __% from the revenues generated by the musical works. Payment terms and distribution of royalties shall be handled in accordance with schedules mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Intellectual Property Rights:
