Talent Contract Sample
Parties Involved:
Artist: Alex Johnson

Producer: Creative Productions Inc.

Scope of Work:
The Artist agrees to perform at the event scheduled for _______________ and shall deliver services as detailed in the attached schedule. The Producer agrees to provide compensation and necessary resources for the performance.
Payment and Compensation:
The Producer shall pay the Artist a sum of $2,000 for the performance, payable upon completion or as otherwise stipulated in the agreement.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights:
