Purpose of the Agreement:

This contract establishes the terms under which the Model agrees to participate in modeling assignments arranged by the Agency, including photoshoots, runway shows, and promotional events.

Terms and Compensation:

The Model agrees to attend designated events and photoshoots as scheduled. Compensation shall be paid at the rate of $[amount] per hour/event, payable within [number] days of each assignment.

Model’s Responsibilities:

• Model shall not accept conflicting engagements without prior approval from the Agency.
• Model shall notify the Agency of any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
• Modifications to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
