Purpose of Agreement:

This agreement is intended to prevent the Employee from engaging in activities that compete with the Employer within specified geographic and temporal limits after termination of employment.

Non-Compete Obligation:

The Employee agrees that during employment and for a period of __________ months following termination, they will not directly or indirectly engage in any business that competes with the Employer within __________ miles of the Employer’s primary place of business or other specified area.
