Sample Kansas Will Template

Testator:

Jane Emily Doe
Address: 789 Maple Street, Wichita, KS 67203

Beneficiaries:

Children: Anna Doe and Mark Doe

Revocation of Prior Wills:

I hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils made by me.

Executor:

I appoint John Smith of Wichita, Kansas, as Executor of this Will. If John Smith is unable or unwilling to serve, I appoint Mary Johnson of Topeka, Kansas, as Alternate Executor.

Disposition of Property:

I bequeath all my estate, including real and personal property, to my beneficiaries as follows: Anna Doe shall receive 50%, and Mark Doe shall receive 50%. The estate shall be divided equally among them.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this ______ day of __________, 20__.

Signed by the Testator in our presence and declared to us to be her Last Will and Testament in the presence of each of us, who at her request and in her presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
