Statement of Assets:

The estate includes the following assets: real property located at 789 Pine Street, Denver, CO; personal property; bank accounts; and investments as listed in Schedule A attached hereto.

Declaration of Will:

I, Alice Johnson, being of sound mind, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. I revoke all prior wills and codicils. I nominate Bob Williams as the executor of my estate, with the authority to settle, distribute, and manage my estate in accordance with this document.

Specific Bequests:
