Parties Involved:

Employer: ABC Corporation Address: 789 Business Road, Springfield, IL 62704

Position and Responsibilities:

The employee shall serve as a Software Developer, responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining company software applications, and shall perform other duties as assigned by the employer.

Compensation and Work Schedule:

The employee shall receive a salary of $80,000 annually, payable in bi-weekly installments. The standard workweek is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Employment Term and Termination:
