Position and Responsibilities:

The employee is hired as a Software Developer. The employee agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by the employer, including coding, testing, and maintenance of software applications. The employee will report to the Manager of Software Development.

Compensation and Payment Terms:

The employee shall receive an annual salary of $85,000, payable in accordance with the company’s regular payroll schedule, bi-weekly via direct deposit.
