Pool Construction Contract Example

Parties Involved:

Client: ABC Residence Address: 789 Ocean Drive, Miami, FL 33139

Contractor: XYZ Pool Builders Address: 456 Sunset Blvd, Miami, FL 33139

Project Description:

The contractor agrees to design, build, and install a custom residential swimming pool at the client’s property located at the above address, including all necessary excavation, construction, equipment, and finishing work, in accordance with the plans and specifications provided.

Project Timeline and Payment Terms:

The work shall commence on __________________ and be completed by __________________. Payment shall be made as follows: an initial deposit of $5,000 upon signing, progress payments at specified milestones, and the final payment upon completion and acceptance of the project.

Security Deposit:
