Description of the Project:

The project involves the construction of a commercial office building located at 789 Industrial Road, Cityville, ST 12345, including all related site work, foundations, and finishing.

Scope of Services and Responsibilities:

The Construction Manager shall oversee all aspects of the construction process, coordinate subcontractors, procure necessary permits, and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget as per the specifications outlined in this agreement.
