Fee Schedule:

The following compensation structure applies to the speaker’s engagement:

• Honorarium: $5,000 for a 60-minute keynote speech.
• Travel Expenses: Reimbursed for economy airfare, lodging, and local transportation, up to $1,000.
• Additional Sessions: $2,500 per session exceeding the primary keynote.
• Materials: Honorarium for preparation and presentation of supplemental materials, if any.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is due upon signing this agreement. The remaining balance shall be paid within 7 days after the event completion. Payments shall be made via bank transfer or check to the address of the speaker or as otherwise agreed.
