Parties Involved:

Partner 1: Alpha Consulting Ltd.

Partner 2: Beta Technologies GmbH

Purpose:

The purpose of this voluntary partnership is to collaboratively develop and market technology solutions within the framework of the VOF agreement, leveraging each party’s expertise and resources.

Contributions:

Partner 1 shall contribute €50,000 in capital and provide software development services. Partner 2 shall contribute office space and administrative support valued at €20,000.

Profit and Loss Sharing:

Profits and losses shall be shared equally between the partners unless otherwise agreed in writing. Distribution shall occur quarterly after accounting adjustments.
