Project Description:
This agreement pertains to the construction of a residential addition located at 123 Maple Drive, Austin, TX 78701, including specifications, materials, and timeline as detailed herein.
Scope of Work:
The Contractor shall perform all construction work related to the addition, including foundation, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing, in accordance with the provided plans and specifications.
Payment Terms:
