Revocation of Prior Wills:

I hereby revoke all prior wills and codicils made by me.

Family Declaration:

I am unmarried / married / divorced / widowed. My children are: Jane Johnson and Robert Johnson (if applicable).

Executor:

I appoint Michael Adams of Little Rock, Arkansas, as the Executor of my estate. If Michael Adams is unable or unwilling to serve, I nominate Susan Lee as successor.

Bequests:
