Project Details:

The scope of work includes the construction of brick and stone masonry walls at 789 Elm Street, Los Angeles, CA 90003, including scaffolding, finishing, and cleanup, as per the specifications provided.

Schedule & Payment Terms:

Work is scheduled to commence on __________________ and completed by __________________. The total contract amount shall be $50,000, payable in installments as follows: 20% upon signing, 40% midway through the project, and 40% upon completion.

Materials & Equipment:
