Parties Involved:

Job Title and Description:

The Employee shall serve as a Part-Time Customer Service Associate, responsible for assisting customers, managing inquiries, and supporting daily store operations at the employer’s Springfield location.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

The Employee shall work approximately 20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled as mutually agreed upon. The Employee will be compensated at an hourly rate of $15, payable bi-weekly via direct deposit or check.

Duration of Employment:
